Diabetes ke lakshan samanya hote hain, jaise:

  5. Chakkar aana aur aankhon ke samne andhera chha jana
  6. Wajan ghatna ya badhna
  7. Gale mein sujan mehsoos hona
  8. Sukha muh aur hotho par chhoti-chhoti fode nikalna
  9. Sharir mein sujan hona
  10. Thakawat mehsoos hona

Kai baar diabetes ke lakshan hote hain, parantu aapko kisi tarah ki takleef nahi hoti. Isliye, bahut logo ko diabetes hone par pata bhi nahi chalta hai.

Prakar

Diabetes ke teen prakar hote hain:

  1. Type 1 Diabetes: Iss prakar mein sharir apne aap mein insulin ka utpadan nahi kar pata. Iss prakar ki diabetes bachchon aur kishore yuvaon mein adhik hoti hai.

  2. Type 2 Diabetes: Iss prakar mein sharir mein insulin ka utpadan hota hai, parantu insulin sahi dhang se kaam nahi kar pata. Iss prakar ki diabetes adhikatar bade logon mein payi jati hai.

  3. Gestational Diabetes: Iss prakar ki diabetes garbhavastha ke dauran hoti hai aur janm ke baad apne aap thik ho jati hai.

Diabetes se Bachav

Diabetes se bachav ke liye aapko kuchh jaruri upayon ko dhyan mein rakhna hoga. Iske liye aap ye tips follow kar sakte hain:

  1. Sahi tarah ka khana khayein, jismein poshak tatv aur vitamin aur minerals hon.
  2. Niyamit roop se vyayam karein.
  3. Apna vajan control mein rakhein.
  4. Sharab aur tambakoo ka sevan na karein.
  5. Blood sugar level ko niyamit roop se check karte rahein.
  6. Jyada thakan hone par turant rest lein.
